Capform has established a solid reputation in the concrete formwork
business, Building city skylines and major structures throughout the
Southern and Southeastern United States.
Capform has specialized in the concrete formwork business for the past
49 years, with operations being incorporated in Dallas, Texas in 1978.
With a combination of hard bid pricing and design assistant negotiations,
the company has expanded its operations to include turnkey concrete
structures, providing the most cost effective concrete work in the industry.
Along with its corporate office in Carrollton, Texas serving the Dallas/Fort Wort
Area, Capform also maintains offices in Tampa serving the central Florida
area,Davie serving the South Florida area and Austin serving Central Texas.
Capform prides itself on quality workmanship, on-time scheduling, hard-bid
contracting, and outstanding customer service. Its foundation is built on an
excellent reputation with the general contracting community guaranteeing
repeat customers.

that spans over a period of four decades. We have long standing
relationships with both our bank and our bonding company allowing us to
handle just about any size project we choose to pursue.
With a permanent staff of 200 salaried and approximately 1600 hourly
employees, Capform completes over $190 million in construction services
annually, with individual projects in excess of $40 million.
The majority of our management team has been with the company for more
than 20 years, with several exceeding 30 years of service. This insures that.
not only will you be working with the same individuals throughout your project
including any warranty issues, but with the same people for many future
projects as well.

In April 1990, Capform achieved national recognition when the firm was
selected to provide formwork services along with concrete placing and
finishing operations for the 60-story NCNB Corporate structure in Charlotte,
North Carolina. At the time it was the tallest concrete structure in the
Southeastern United States.
This skyscraper has since been replaced as the tallest building south of
New York City by the 70-story Four Seasons Hotel and Tower in Miami.
Capform was also selected as the contractor for this project. This 789 foot
tall mixed-use facility is among the 50 tallest building in the world and the
tallest south of New York City.
Further exemplifying Capform’s ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously was the successful completion of the 37-story
Espirito Santo Plaza and the 35-story Brickell View Apartments, both only
one block away from the Four Seasons. As recently as 2006, Capform was
simultaneously working on 5 towers in downtown Miami, all within a
two-mile stretch and all exceeding 45 stories.
Safety
Another great source of pride for Capform is our successful safety program.
We spend a great deal of time and money insuring that our workers are
properly trained and equipped to complete their work in the safest, most
efficient way possible.
Our current EMR is 0.56 and every day we are working to make it lower.
Our incident rate for last year is 2.82 (compared to a national average of 6.9).
All of our projects receive the attention of our safety department for pre-task
planning, training, and proper execution of all of our safety policies.
High-rise work receives special attention to perimeter protection.
Our ability to design and build our own forming systems allows us the
opportunity to incorporate the perimeter protection into our forming system.
Medical Facility Experience
Capform has completed over 85 hospital and medical facility projects
over the last 25 years. Our medical experience includes the construction
of ambulatory centers, linear accelerator vaults, specialty laboratories,
bed towers, and medical office buildings.
Capform assisted with the construction of many large medical campuses
by completing multiple projects for the same owner. Our client list
